These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GitoTech LLC's (“GitoTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) websites (gitotech.com, shop.gitotech.com, store.gitotech.com) and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Hardware returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging
  • Software licenses and digital products are generally non-refundable
  • Service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GitoTech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting through our forms or phone assistant, you agree that GitoTech may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations, or service updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. 8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GITOTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GitoTech harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
